Everyone has different arrangements with their respective insurance agencies. We are happy to provide you with all the necessary billing information that you may choose to submit at your own discretion.

• All consults are fee-for-service unless otherwise noted (i.e. Free 15 min introductory consult).

Your introductory consultation is FREE and will last 15 minutes.

Each session thereafter will be 60 minutes

During a session with Abby, each client will recieve personalized lifestyle management training in the areas of:

• Healthy Eating

• Physical Activity

• Monitoring (Glucose, Blood Pressure etc.)

• Taking Medication

• Problem Solving

• Healthy Coping

• Reducing Risk
