As a Cardiac Nurse educated with a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and Certified as a Diabetic Educator, I have worked with thousands over the last 25 years to help fight Heart Disease and Diabetes. My nursing experience allows me to truly understand
the complexities of disease, including treatments and medication effects. Partnering with health care providers and focusing on cardiovascular disease risk factors,
I design individualized programs that integrate healthier living options with personalized diet solutions, tailored exercise plans and much more.
